•Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Service Continuity Management, Crisis Management or relevant area OR Master’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
•Good understanding of IT Service Management and information systems technology to include common computer applications, operating systems, hardware, networks, and application development.
•Experience in managing and supporting at least two large- scale, enterprise level platforms across their lifecycle(s) which can be on-premises or in the cloud. Deep knowledge and understanding of the platform and components to support a strong IT resiliency including but not limited to the technical aspects of HA, DR, Backup & Restore strategies.
•Demonstrated experience of working and navigating in large and matrixed organizations with multi-layered governance structures, complex IT landscapes, and diverse client bases.
•Experience in working with DevSecOps pipeline from an operational effectiveness perspective; exposure to Agile software development methodology will be an added advantage.
•Experience in developing and/or reviewing code in AWS, Azure, or other similar platforms.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver information effectively in support of team or workgroup. Good writing and editing skills, with a strong command of English and an ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, direct, and lively format.

Certification Requirements:
•ITIL Foundations or higher.
•DevOps Engineer Certification (Preferred)
•Cloud Certification Mandatory (Associate or Higher Level in AWS or Azure is preferable.)
•Certified Business Resilience IT Professional is a plus.
